A Comoros-flagged cargo ship sank off the coast of Romania following a reported drone strike, leaving one crew member dead and three missing. Romanian naval authorities reported that nine crew members were rescued after the vessel caught fire approximately 24 kilometres east of Constanța. Search and rescue operations for the three missing personnel remain ongoing in adverse weather conditions.
