Moroccan authorities have placed Tangier Mayor Mounir Limouri into police custody on suspicion of electoral fraud connected to recent parliamentary elections, according to a judicial source cited by AFP. Five other individuals, including two polling station officials, have also been placed in pre-trial detention under the same allegations.
