Industrial action across the energy sector has reduced sendout capacity at the Dunkirk liquefied natural gas terminal, according to terminal operator Fluxys. The 24-hour strike over proposed reductions to employee benefits was also expected to cut French electricity supply by up to 5 gigawatts on Tuesday.
