Yemen's military has carried out airstrikes against Houthi positions in Taiz province amid continuing clashes in the country's southwest. In a concurrent operation, Houthi forces said they launched missile and drone attacks against a military base in the Sharurah region of southern Saudi Arabia. Casualty figures and the full extent of the damage have not been confirmed by either side.
