Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling hit southern Lebanon

Israeli warplanes and artillery units struck targets in southern Lebanon, including the outskirts of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, according to Lebanese state media. Drones were also reported flying at low altitudes over Beirut and Tyre. Casualty figures and the full extent of the damage have not been reported.
