UN demands humanitarian aid access to besieged Yemeni city of Taiz
The United Nations has called for immediate humanitarian aid access to the city of Taiz, which has been encircled by Houthi forces since early October. Reports state that fighters have blocked the road connecting the city to Aden, preventing supplies from entering. It remains unresolved when access will be granted.
