Protests at Iraqi universities and schools over Azerbaijan hijab rules

Students and staff at universities and schools across multiple Iraqi provinces held demonstrations on Thursday against restrictions on the hijab in Azerbaijan. Protests were reported at universities in Anbar, Basra, and Dhi Qar, as well as at schools in Najaf and Maysan. Whether any counter-protests or official diplomatic responses occurred has not been confirmed.
