Mobile internet disruptions reported in Saint Petersburg

Disruptions to mobile internet service were reported across Saint Petersburg on the morning of scheduled high-level diplomatic meetings in the city. Outage monitoring services recorded an increase in user complaints beginning around 10:00 local time, coinciding with an air alert in the surrounding Leningrad region. The official cause of the connectivity issues has not been confirmed.
