Israeli military reports killing of Hamas operative in Gaza airstrike
The Israel Defense Forces reported that an airstrike in Gaza killed a Hamas operative associated with the October 7 attacks and the abduction of a civilian. The military stated that the individual was also involved in subsequent operations against Israeli troops and infrastructure efforts in Gaza. Independent confirmation of the strike's casualties has not yet been reported.
