Israeli military reports killing of Hamas operative in Gaza strike

The Israel Defense Forces reported that an airstrike in Gaza killed a Hamas operative linked to the October 7 abduction of an Israeli civilian. Military authorities also reported the targeting of an operative in the group's general security apparatus. Independent confirmation of the casualties has not been reported.
