Russian strikes reported on western Ukraine leave Lutsk without power
Strikes attributed to Russia have reportedly hit western Ukraine, leaving the city of Lutsk without electricity. Damage to a multi-storey building was also reported in Uman. The full extent of casualties and infrastructure damage remains unresolved.
