Armenian lawmaker denied entry to Russia
Lusine Badalyan, a member of Armenia's parliament representing the ruling Civil Contract party, was barred from entering Russia. Badalyan had planned to attend a gathering of parliamentarians from former Soviet states. Russian authorities have not publicly stated the grounds for the entry refusal.
