Sinkhole traps construction vehicle in Zhonghe District

A large construction vehicle became trapped after a road collapsed near a building site on Baojian Road in Zhonghe District on the morning of the 13th. The collapse ruptured an underground water pipe, causing water to flood the site while emergency services and local district authorities responded. The exact cause of the ground collapse has not yet been determined.
