Protests reported across Azerbaijan over classroom hijab ban

Protests have reportedly occurred across Azerbaijan following government restrictions prohibiting both students and teachers from wearing hijabs in classrooms. Reports indicate that access to social media platforms was subsequently blocked as footage of the demonstrations circulated. Azerbaijani authorities have not publicly commented on the apparent restrictions.
