Three injured in gas flash fire at Taitung City dumpling restaurant

Three employees sustained burns on the evening of October 8 when gas ignited while a cylinder was being changed in the kitchen of a dumpling restaurant on Heping Street in Taitung City. Staff extinguished the flames before the fire could spread, and patrons evacuated the premises safely. Authorities reported that all three injured workers were taken to the hospital and their conditions are not life-threatening.
