Building partially collapses in Istanbul trapping at least seven people

A seven-storey building in Istanbul has partially collapsed, trapping at least seven people including a six-year-old child, according to local authorities. Emergency rescue teams are working at the site. The cause of the collapse is not yet known and remains under investigation.
