Crane overturn at Yilan Science Park leaves one dead and one injured

Two workers fell from an elevated height when a crane overturned during exterior cleaning of a building at Yilan Science Park. Emergency responders transferred both individuals to hospitals, where one was pronounced dead and the other was treated for fractures. The cause of the crane's loss of balance has not been determined.
