Seven killed during security operation in North Waziristan

Pakistani state media reported that security forces killed seven suspected militants during an intelligence-based operation in the Eidak area of North Waziristan. Officials including the president and prime minister commended the operation. Independent corroboration of the identities of those killed and reports of any casualties among the security forces have not been provided.
