Belgrade mayor reported to have physically assaulted local councillor in Novi Beograd

The Kreni-Promeni movement reported that Belgrade Mayor Aleksandar Šapić physically assaulted a local councillor on the street in Novi Beograd. The councillor reported suffering facial injuries, and one account stated that police subsequently removed the mayor from the scene. Further official confirmation and response from city authorities have not yet been reported.
