Power cut at Primorsky Krai substation leaves 650,000 without water
An accident at the Shtykrovo substation caused a power outage that cut water supplies to more than 19,000 homes in Primorsky Krai, affecting over 650,000 residents according to regional emergency services. The outage also interrupted water delivery to 224 social facilities, including hospitals in Vladivostok, Artyom, and the Nadezhdinsky district. Restoration timelines have not yet been reported.
