Malian military reports strikes on armed groups near Kidal and Léré

The Malian military announced that it conducted strikes against two armed group positions in the north of the country, located northwest of Kidal and northwest of Léré. The armed forces general staff reported that 50 armed fighters were killed in Kidal. Independent corroboration of the casualty toll remains unresolved.
