Israeli military reports killing Hamas commander and fighter in Gaza City

The Israeli military reported on Friday that it killed a commander and a fighter from Hamas's armed wing in two separate strikes in Gaza City over recent days. The military identified the commander as Hassan Mahmoud Siam and stated he was involved in holding Israeli hostages. Independent confirmation from Hamas regarding the deaths has not yet been reported.
