Man arrested at West Kowloon Station over suspected flare possession

A 49-year-old man was arrested at West Kowloon Station after security personnel discovered five suspected flares during screening on 23 September. Police detained him on suspicion of manufacturing or possessing explosives, and no injuries were reported.
