Commercial vessel transits through Strait of Hormuz fall to two

Data released by tracking firm Kpler indicates that only two commercial vessels passed through the Strait of Hormuz on Monday, down from ten recorded the previous day. The ships observed were identified as a Panama-flagged bulk carrier carrying minerals and a Liberia-flagged bulk carrier. It remains unconfirmed how many additional vessels may have crossed while operating with their automatic identification systems disabled to avoid detection.
