Two new mpox cases confirmed in Hong Kong

Hong Kong health authorities have reported two additional confirmed cases of mpox in men aged 26 and 28, bringing the total recorded in the territory this year to 25. Both patients remain in stable condition in isolation at Princess Margaret Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital following high-risk exposure during their incubation periods. Officials state that no epidemiological link between the two latest cases has yet been identified.
