Election observer detained from polling station in Rostov Oblast

Police removed an election observer representing the Yabloko party from a polling station in Rostov Oblast. According to the party, officers travelled approximately 100 kilometres from Rostov-on-Don to carry out the detention. Official grounds for the removal have not been stated.
