Russian forces have launched strikes against Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises, energy infrastructure, and military-industrial targets across regions including Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Odesa. A major Ukrainian steel plant was reportedly struck for the fourth time in a month, leaving one worker injured. The full extent of the damage and additional casualties across all affected sites have not been confirmed.
