Palestinian man shot dead by Israeli troops near Ramallah
A 54-year-old Palestinian man was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers near Ramallah during a military operation. The Israeli military stated that troops fired when the man attempted to seize a soldier's weapon. Independent confirmation of the circumstances leading up to the shooting has not been reported.
