Man arrested after setting fire to home in Caotun
Police in Nantou County arrested an elderly homeowner who set fire to his own residence using gasoline following a dispute with relatives over finances. Firefighters extinguished the blaze, which burned furniture and two motorcycles outside, and one responding officer sustained a minor chemical burn during the arrest. Authorities said no other injuries were reported.
