Rescue operation underway after drowning incident at Zhenhai Park in Donggang
Emergency responders deployed vehicles, personnel, and boats to Zhenhai Park in Donggang, Pingtung County, following reports of young people drowning on the afternoon of May 12. Rescuers recovered an unresponsive 13-year-old victim who was transported to Donggang Antai Hospital for emergency treatment. It remains unclear whether a second child was involved and remains missing, or if only one individual fell into the water.
