Russian drone strike hits tugboat off Odesa, killing two Azerbaijani citizens
Two Azerbaijani citizens were killed when a Russian drone strike struck the tugboat TEDY off the coast of Odesa, according to multiple reports. The Russian Ministry of Defence reported conducting a strike against the vessel. It is not immediately clear whether any other crew members were injured or what cargo the tugboat was carrying.
