Russian strikes hit Ukraine ahead of diplomatic visits
Four people were killed on Saturday in a Russian strike on Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region, according to regional reports. The attacks occurred ahead of visits to Moscow and Kyiv by United States envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, following strikes the previous day that targeted the security service headquarters in Kyiv alongside airports, factories, and warehouses. The full extent of casualties and damage across all targeted sites has not been confirmed.
